Empathetic Walking Panel documents a bridge performance that took place on 12 May 2018 on the Broken Bridge in Hangzhou, China.

During the performance, I invited participants to reflect on three questions about the expatriate community living in Hangzhou. For me, the bridge functions as a symbol of connection, movement, and transition.
