Brief description:
Build in 1932 by architect H.F Mertens, HAKA was the first 'concrete pumped' building in the Netherlands. Surviving the Second World War, Haka served from the beginning up till 1964 as trade office for the “Cooperatieve Groothandelsvereniging de Handelskamer (HAKA)”. A coop where labors were trained, educated and found their community. After that period offices were made inside HAKA.
This video shows the atmosphere of the building by the exploration of a dancer through the Years 30, years 80 and into the future (2030).
