Confession Drawings is an ongoing conceptual drawing series in which encounters with others give rise to personal confessions that are translated into drawings.
Each drawing begins with a confession. Through drawing, I try to make sense of what those encounters leave behind. The drawings are what remain after that process.
Produced over many years, the drawings become traces of human encounters and lived experience.
At the core of the practice lies a central question:
What happens when a confession becomes an image?
